CAVEAU SYLVAIN BOIS
In 2001, Sylvain Bois had the idea of taking over and enlarging his grandfather's vineyard. In 2004, he developed his entire 4.5 ha surface area and produced the typical Bugey grape varieties with pinot noir, mondeuse, gamay for the reds and roussette and chardonnay for the whites. Its products are often awarded prizes, such as its 2015 Bugey Chardonnay awarded at the Concours général agricole de Paris. Its production includes for still wines the Roussette coteau-de-chambon 2015, a rosé, three reds and two sparkling wines, white brut and dry rosé.
