Brasserie-restaurant with terrace offering a traditional and bistro menu, refined specialties and burgers.

This brasserie next door to the Bourg theatre enjoys an exceptional location in the old town. While the terrace always proves to be most pleasant, the bar area and restaurant room have been completely redesigned, in a modern way, in 2019. With a traditional and a bistro menu, all specialities, from the simplest to the most refined, are offered. Thus, steak tartare and burgers rub shoulders with duck foie gras, salmon in gravelax or Thai-flavoured prawns. A good address in many respects.

Petite pause en terrasse cet après-midi pour déguster une glace, mais malheureusement le serveur pense que ses glaces ont toutes du gluten, mais ne vérifie pas, la flemme certainement, me dit qu’il n’a aucune information sur les produits, pour une coeliaque c’est ennuyeux. Donc je prends un Perrier, et demande à ce qu’il soit ouvert vers moi. Le relais est donné à une serveuse, qui m’apporte mon Perrier déjà ouvert et met ses doigts sur le gouleau, hygiène limite. Je lui demande la carte des allergènes et elle me répond « on l’a sûrement » mais on l’attend encore. En conclusion si vous avez des allergies, ils apprécieront que l’on passe notre chemin. Ceci dit la carte des allergènes est sensée être obligatoire.
