The decoration is refined, despite columns, mouldings and old chandeliers. On the menu and à la carte, there is no more in the frills: liver bowl, goat salad, carpaccio, butcher's room, andouillette of Troyes, decay of Saint James and leeks… We remain in the tradition of the brewery. Cream chicken, chicken bréchets, quenelles, frogs (on order), local specialities have not been forgotten. In the beautiful days, you enjoy eating on a beautiful terrace, in the plane plane, with a view of the nearby park.
