In July 2011, the Chapon d'Or underwent renovation work, including a painting. A beautiful blue sky now illuminates the ceiling, while chickens were painted on the walls. Of course, chickens are found on the map. With the Sherry or the morels, they coexist with a wide choice of dishes based on Saint-Jacques or fish, like the yellow wine.
