CO-CATHEDRAL OF OUR LADY OF THE ANNUNCIATION
At the end of the south aisle is the sanctuary of the Black Madonna, patron saint of the parish and town.
Built in simplicity to call for silence and serenity, the Church Notre-Dame is no less impressive with its 9 m wide nave for 18 m high and its columns that go without obstacles to the top stone vaults. His construction began in 1505 to complete only in 1696. In the apse and choir, the stalls, carved between 1511 and 1519, still have a medieval inspiration, tinged with Renaissance motifs. There is also an outstanding key of 5 m and weights of several tons. In the nave, the imposing pulpit was carved in one oak in the Seillon forest. At the bottom of the ramp, a date indicates 1760.
Above all, the church houses the essence of the South collateral, the sanctuary of the Black Virgin, Notre-Dame-de-Bourg, patron of the parish and the city.
