LA BRASSERIE DU JUGEMENT DERNIER
Patrick brews organic beers, labelled Nature et Progrès, made only with local ingredients and available in eight versions. Immor'Ale blonde, Féod'Ale ambrée, Glaci'Ale, a Bavarian, with flavours of banana and cloves, Spectr'Ale hopped raw to develop aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, an IPA, Brut'Ale, of English inspiration with a raw hop hop with Fuggles hops, a double Indian Pal Ale, Infern'Ale, Ancestr'Ale, a traditional Scottish beer, and the brand new Abyss'Ale, a traditional Irish black beer. The brewing room is located in the former outbuildings of the Château de l'Anglard, a 15th century building that houses a medieval painted chapel representing the Last Judgment, giving its name to the brewery. Free guided tour of the brewery, on Wednesday at 5pm (duration 30 minutes) by reservation by SMS (limited places).
