L’AUBERGE DE GEVRIEUX
The Auberge de Gévrieux has changed ownership, but has it really changed its hand? Indeed, the former owner of the premises, Michel Gombocz, sold this beautiful house at the crossroads of the roads of Bugey and Gévrieux to his chef cook, Erol Dover, present in the Inn's kitchens for 15 years! So much so, and it's a relief, that the kitchen will not change, even if the boss who became boss has a project to bring his personal touch and give a fresh fee to the institution. Also, Smart will continue to enjoy an exceptional midi formula, while inviting friends and family to meet around well-placed tables on the pleasant summer terrace or under the veranda, to taste traditional cuisine with a chicken salad of balsamic vinegar, a homemade bowl, a pan-fried foie gras in the head, les chicken servis served with buds, produced fresh frogs or a fish of the day in of with the cream of leek. Banquet organisation all year round, at this crossroads of good humour and good cuisine. Address Smart.
