This cooperative, on horseback between Ain and Jura, collects milk on the Jura massif. Cows pastured in the high alpine pastures and this feels like! The Gates Blue Abbey is one of the last four cheese manufacturers, the county, the tomme and the chestnuts. At the shop, also a barking ray and other cheeses not produced locally, as well as regional products.
