Here, when we talk about gastronomy, we are talking above all about gourmet tradition in a restaurant where local products are carefully selected before being worked on by Rolande Curtil behind the stove. Among the must-try dishes: the chef's duck foie gras, fresh frogs with parsley, traditional farm chicken with Etrez cream, pike quenelle with Armorican sauce, Burgundy snails or pike-perch filet with tarragon. Dommage, car il est aujourd'hui très rares d'en trouver des fraîches.
Sinon, décor paisible mais ambiance un peu plus bruyante qu'avant, car ils ont rajouté des tables dans les pièces.
A part les grenouilles exposées ci-dessus, les plats sont très bons et assez copieux.
Le rapport qualité / prix est satisfaisant.
