Tradition rhymes with Curtafond, but it could just as easily rhyme with Charmes de Bresse. A local institution that continues, with Christophe in the kitchen and Betty in the dining room, to treat us to its regional specialties between Bresse and Dombes. Starting with the unmissable fresh frogs with parsley and, of course, Bresse chicken with Etrez crème fraîche, Vonassian pancakes and mushrooms (we recommend the little extra morel mushrooms). In the heart of Bresse, a charming house that delights in its refined surroundings.
