COULISSES GOURMANDES
Dominica Roué is an innovative chef. Having started its career with the best chefs (Joël Robuchon, Pierre Troisgros, Georges White, Pierre Gagnaire and Christian Constant), and managed Clovis in Paris as well as Terrasse au Domaine in Divonne, he created a cookery school for all, Coulisses Gourmandes, oenology courses, a shop and Gourmand'in, a gourmet bar with a caterer. In this school, private and company courses of classic cuisine on a menu (to be eaten on the spot during the lecture), you can choose to be trained as a chef: a chef accompanies you to the market and helps you prepare seasonal dishes. You can also get initiated into food diet with a dietician or oenology by professionals: a interesting training, to discover the combination of dishes and wines (Geneva wines for instance)! The boutique allows you to find the elements necessary for your meal, once home, but also a selection of quality products you could try during the courses. The backstage of this gourmet school deserves some credits!
