AUBERGE DU FAGOT
Café-restaurant with a charming welcome offering traditional dishes, as well as Belgian specialties.
Silvia, of German origin, has worked in the restaurant business for more than thirty years, mainly in Belgium. She is now in charge of this café-restaurant with about twenty people, in agreement with the town hall, which owns the walls. At noon and in the evening, she prepares traditional dishes, as well as Belgian, Italian and German specialities. On Saturday evenings, she prepares family dishes, sauerkraut, stews, mussels and chips... to be enjoyed with friends. On Sundays and for holidays, nice menus, with for example, its specialities of snail puff pastry, and Flemish asparagus, then roasted wild boar in a hunter sauce accompanied by a gratin dauphinois, beef steak, or osso-buco tagliatelle, cheese salad and homemade dessert. She also organizes a party, pig on a spit, in the multipurpose room. Remember to make a reservation. Charming welcome.
