VINOTHEQUE DU LEMAN
Choosing a wine is like choosing a book. Each bottle has its history and tells the story of its region. Each bottle has its style and its winemaker. Each bottle must be able to give us moments of pleasure and sensations which one can share with his friends around a table. Then just as one must go to the library to discover the books, it is essential to come to Vinothèque du Léman because the cellar man is a real wine lover who puts all his know-how to our service. Jean-Christophe Boudot is simply the winner of the 2001 edition of Best Cellar man of the World competition. He who had been a winemaker for 12 years before becoming a cellar man knows about the work in vineyard and the characteristics of each wine better than anyone. The good thing is that Jean-Christophe Boudot does not try to impress us with decor but with lots of taste and flavour, so as to share his passion and let us discover his selection of wines gotten from small and great vineyard owners. Personalized advice is given for food agreements and fine wines. Tasting evenings on reservation on Tuesday evening, at 7:30 p.m. (55 € / pers. Meals included).
