A beautiful house in the heart of Hauteville. The warmth of a tastefully renovated hotel-restaurant, the warmth of the setting and welcome, comfortable, well-equipped rooms... We're as happy as we can be, all the way to the restaurant, where we're treated to home-cooked dishes, including an à la carte Raviflette with Dauphiné ravioli in cream and Reblochon cheese, a home-cooked Hauteville burger and, for a change of pace, lamb chops marinated in Provencal herbs and smoked paprika. Full of energy, we're off for all the outdoor activities on the plateau.
