LA RAMAZ GOAT FARM
Chèvrerie la Ramaz, in a family farm at 900 m altitude, transforming all the milk into cheese with tastings.
On this family farm, located at an altitude of 900 meters, Annie and Olivier raise about a hundred goats of alpine, saanen and cols noirs du Valais breeds, which benefit from about 40 hectares of meadows. All of the milk is transformed into cheese, the vast majority of which is sold directly. Come at 4pm during the season to participate in the milking of the goats, then taste and stock up on fresh cheeses, not to mention yoghurts, cheese pie or raw goat's milk. Goat sausage and goat meat.
