AUBERGE DU GRAND THUR
Family-run inn with terrace in Izieu serving local and Corsican specialties, and a homemade hamburger.
An address not to be missed in the heart of the village of Izieu, not far from the church and the town hall. A friendly and gourmet inn run by Jennifer who offers us all year round local specialities, but also Corsican specialities. A la carte: homemade foie gras and its chutney or an aubergine à la bonifacienne to start with. Not to be missed: frog legs with parsley, filet mignon with a montagnieu sauce or a homemade hamburger. A family inn where you will be warmly welcomed. A brasserie completes the offer (ice creams, drinks...) and a pretty terrace opens on sunny days. You can also take advantage of the centres of interest of the place, such as the children's house of Izieu or the natural landscapes: you are right next to the Regional Park of Chartreuse.

Nous aurions aimé par contre des desserts un peu plus originaux.
