Quel bel endroit que la forêt du Rhin. C'est toujours un plaisir que de passer quelques heures dans ce restaurant, où il y a deux cuisiniers, où vous n'entendez pas un micro-ondes, où l'attente reste raisonnable, mais c'est normal : c'est fait maison et à la demande. Aucune fausse note, le foie gras poêlé aux pommes, un délice, les escargots à l'Alsacienne qui ne vous plombent pas l'estomac, le soir, le poisson cuit parfaitement. Merci pour nous régaler à chaque fois que nous faisons le déplacement. Mérite un grand détour.
