Restaurant where you can enjoy excellent cuisine, with flavors from Bresse and Lyon, in a setting steeped in history in Montcet.
For four generations, Chez la Mère Bouvier has perpetuated a gastronomic tradition of excellence in Montcet. In 1927, Marie Bouvier founded the restaurant, which has since become an institution, thanks to the tasty regional dishes of her daughter-in-law, Yolande Bouvier, known as Mère Bouvier. Today, Lionel Paccoud, who trained with Michelin-starred chefs, has taken over the family legacy. He has combined local specialties, such as frogs and cream chicken, with his own culinary creativity. A blend of tradition and modernity, Chez la Mère Bouvier lets you discover the flavors of Bresse and Lyon in a setting steeped in history.
