Established 46 years ago, L'Embarcadère is a local institution that has evolved over the years to welcome gourmet visitors to the shores of Lake Nantua. 49 rooms opening onto the lake, mountains or garden. Hôtel bien situé en bordure du lac avec des chambres bien agencées avec vue sur le lac.
Le restaurant propose un large choix de produits régionaux, notamment les quenelles sauce Nantua, un régal.
Un établissement de passage à recommander avant la montée en station, cela évite les traditionnels bouchons.

De passage à Nantua, nous avons passé une nuit dans la chambre 211. Chambre agréable, literie confortable. La salle de bain un peu viellotte mais toutefois propre. Donne effectivement sur le lac, mais la vue limitée à cause de la végétation en face, ne justifie pas vraiment le supplément de prix. Nous n'avons pas essayé le restaurant, les prix étant un peu prohibitifs pour un vendredi soir...
