Yohan pays tribute to his grandfather, Louis. His Lozère origins are reflected in the menu, which features Aubrac meats, charcuterie and local cheeses. Part restaurant, part wine bar, part meat bar, you can enjoy a filet of beef to share, a kilo of prime rib to share, a burger and a veal chop with a fine vintage from their selection. They also make their own foie gras, and offer local recipes such as aligot saucisse. All in a friendly atmosphere, with a top-notch team.
