Value-for-money establishment with terrace, serving traditional cuisine with market produce.

Situated at the foot of the Château des Ducs de Bourbon, you'll be welcomed into a medieval, listed setting, to enjoy traditional cuisine made with market produce. Copious mixed salads, duck breast, Auvergne burger and home fries. Gourmet coffee, tiramisu, ice cream sundaes. At weekends, chef's menu and suggestions, fish, butcher's cuts. Large charcuterie boards for 2 to 10 people, ideal for aperitifs with friends. Large shaded terrace on the pedestrian square. Excellent value for money. Smiling, efficient service.

Pourquoi 1 tel endroit est-il tenu par une tenancière tant agressive qu'hyper désagréable et hermétique à la critique !? Ni bonjour,ni merci..aucune élégance!!. Désolant..La cuisine est quelconque et chère pour la quantité servie..Changez de métier chère madame, le commerce n'est pas pour vous.. À fuir. ????

Nous venons régulièrement déjeuner ou dîner. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus.Repas en terrasse, en soirée, un vrai plaisir. Les plats sont toujours copieux et le service avec le sourire. Bon rapport qualité prix. Pensez à réserver.

Worst service ever. Cold saltless fries, pile of dirty plates left on the table for 45minutes. Continously forgotten orders. Mediocre food. Wet hamburgers, no ketchup or mayonaise. No cutlerie to eat the mediocre food. Bringing kids main courses before rest of group even ordered their entrees. Rude owner behind the bar, running the til, needed to help her check what we had for ‘dinner’. You get the picture. Don’t go.
