AUX DUCS DE BOURBON - PUB 47
At the Ducs de Bourbon with its brasserie, Pub 47 is the restaurant of the Hôtel des Bourbons. You will be comfortably placed in a beautiful room with a cozy setting. Gérard and Jean-Pierre Bujard and their team concocted refined and refined cuisine, carried out exclusively with local products. At noon on weekdays at the brewery, a panel of entries, composed salads, omelets, and fish (salmon, trout, sole, rays) and meat (tab, steak, tournedos, andouillette, veal, duck candies), a selection of refined charolish meat (false) netting, interlacing, beef coast), specialties (Pata Negra, calf liver, rumble carpaccio, carpaccio carpaccio), greasy plates (around duck, Pata Negra and charolais) and burgers (burgers) gut, bourbonnais, gascon), to end with a whole bunch of desserts. On the restaurant side, taste duck foam with foie gras in dried beef and Serrano, then duck-vinegar with cheregar-like liver couscous, or royal grilled daurade, to end with coffee gourmand. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
