CERCLE D'ASTRONOMIE DE LA REGION MONTLUCONNAISE
The Astronomy Circle of the Montluçonnaise Region (CARM) is available every Saturday evening for those curious passage who want to go to astronomy, discover the sky and generally have questions in this area. Its observatory, located close to the Recreation Center des Réaux, is open to the public with its 250 mm telescope under dome. The site is of good quality, with limited light pollution despite proximity to the west of the city of Montluçon. Before coming, inquire about the weather conditions on site (in case of bad weather it is not said that a constant is assured at the observatory). Depending on important astronomical events (e. g. eclipses), exceptional observations can be made.
