Nestled close to Brittany Square, the small bakery of Adrien Bussière is undoubtedly the best in the Montluonnaise city. You will enjoy its crispy, tasty, long-lasting breads, made with quality products, a red label flour and a homemade levain. Every Wednesday and Saturday you will find its magnificent special and aromatic breads: candied tomatoes, saint nectary-cereals, chocolate-apricot, nuts, figue… but also burger breads, quiches, potato pâties, among others. Come and discover its novelty: The Gustive, a leaven bread with a flower at the corn semolina. While the pastries are worked with AOC bites, from February you will find fine fruity or chocolate specialties, mounted pieces, sweet little oven ovens.
