All Adrien Blondel's beers are named Lubie, a touch of whimsy intended by this brewer, who produces very fine malt beers from organic ingredients. He has chosen to offer fairly classic beers, all with pronounced aromas and flavors dominated by cereals, whether blonde, white, amber, blackberry or triple. The brewery's participation in trade shows and other craft fairs has won it numerous awards, reinforcing its reputation and renown well beyond our borders.
