The chef prepares take-away bowls in his own home, in a fusion cuisine style combining several foreign cultures and techniques. There's something for every taste, as the bowls constantly take us on a journey with Malaysian, North African, Japanese, Argentinean, Thai, Peruvian, Cuban, Indian, Korean, Mexican, Californian, Italian influences..., accompanied by Fred's pastries and a vintage selected by his neighbor, Les Canailles Saint-Jean, giving you access to the warm, shady terrace to enjoy your bowls.
