It's been 3 years since chef Jérôme Busset took up the challenge of setting up in the heart of Poncin in an "intimate" setting. Originally from Burgundy, and trained at some of the region's finest Michelin-starred restaurants, the chef opened his own restaurant with his wife Isabelle, in order to showcase his no-holds-barred gastronomic cuisine. In an astonishing room, notably with its skylight and hidden terrace, ephemeral dishes are created according to inspiration and the products of the moment.
