You will love Frederic's cuisine, made with local products, ultra-fresh fish, Charolais meats and homemade pastries. The Auvergne formulas allow you to enjoy the recipes of the region, such as truffles. Fans will also enjoy the veal head, frog legs, bleak frying, snails.
