AU COCHON ROUGE
House of character in Pont-de-Vaux preparing a home-made cooking with good products and mussels on Friday evening.
A house of character that announces its color by displaying pigs on its facade and, in the dining room, large paintings with lots of pigs on them. This address is as much a bistro as a "bouchon lyonnais", with its large tables enlivened by Eric Alonso's good humor, highlighting good products in a home-cooked cuisine. On the menu: frogs persillade with gaude flour, calf's head with gribiche sauce and the famous Mix Grill. The daily menu is a real bargain. Mussels marinière fried every evening.
