Philippe welcomes you here since 2008, in the purest Alsatian tradition, with kindness and conviviality. Salads, Alsatian cold cuts and other local specialties await you at the buffet. Among the dishes are several classics: presskopf, warm pot-au-feu salad, escalope of foie gras fried with cherries, pan-fried scallops and scampi, kidneys with mustard, duck breast... Tartes flambées are offered in the evening. Traditions always in the dessert with the frozen kougelhopf. Theme evenings are regularly organized.
