Just a stone's throw from the historic centre, this authentic Bourbonnais house with its intimate setting has three adjoining rooms. David Rollin and his team prepare an authentic, bistronomic and revisited cuisine, made with market produce, evolving with the seasons. At noon on weekdays, express formula and slate. On sunny days, summer salads and ice cream sundaes. Choice of menus and PDO wine suggestions. They welcome groups up to sixty people with a specific menu, you can privatize a room.

Une cuisine extraordinaire ! Saveurs incroyables en bouche. Un super accueil, le personnel est au petit soin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'y vais. Toujours délicieux. Et aujourd'hui 15 avril 2023, c'était encore plus délicieux. Idem pour la mise en bouche offerte à notre arrivée. Tout le repas d'une grande finesse, agréable à la vue, aux papilles.
L'entrée a été mangée avant de prendre les photos.
Ambiance un peu bruyante à mon goût, mais comment faire autrement. Cela n'a pas gêné pour la dégustation.

Un pâté en croûte (délicieux) et un plat de gnochettis à l'arabiata (succulentes) ne sont pas les propositions habituelles dans un restaurant gastronomique. C'est tout le mérite et le charme de l'endroit. Une belle découverte. Y revenir.
