Located on the first floor of the CNCS, this refined, convivial restaurant was decorated by Christian Lacroix, and features some thirty chandeliers in shades of red and crystal pendants. For lunch, a choice of formulas is available. The products are local and the recipes well-balanced, seasonal and local, like the traditional potato pâté with farmhouse cream and seasoned baby greens.
