Savor foie gras au torchon, scallops snacked in springtime colors, arctic char with parmesan risotto, ballottine of Label Rouge free-range poultry... Discover the region's cheeses, ending with grapefruit pavlova or chocolate entremets with Vichy pastilles. A hundred or so references of fine bottles in the cellar. A team worthy of this exceptional place.

Soirée étape sur le chemin du retour, le Clos de Bourgogne est une belle découverte. Le restaurant mérite largement son appellation gastronomique… carte réduite parfaitement exécutée par la Cheffe. Une carte des vins variée avec des tarifs plus qu’abordables. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr et conseillons vivement l’établissement.
