La Brûlerie Samarcande is the second brand of Philippe Marre and Pascal Auger, who have been based in Montluçon for more than thirteen years. It is also a delicatessen with a coffee shop area. Most of the coffee comes from family plantations all over the world. The great coffees are roasted every day according to the traditional method. On the shelves, you will find an impressive selection of more than 150 carefully selected spices, accompanied by numerous cooking recipes from all continents. It is also a panel of 200 varieties of teas, green, black, white or red, perfumed or natural, originating from prestigious gardens in India, Sri Lanka, China, Japan or Kenya, herbal teas, herbal and flower blends, aromatic plants. A few tables allow you to sit back and enjoy Greek frappés, ice chocolate, machiatto lattes and other cappuccinos, as well as cocoa with milk foam flavoured with ginger, cinnamon, pistachio... You will also find handcrafted arranged rums and beer brewed in Montluçon or Auzances. A charming welcome and above all very wise advice.
