Frédérick Fossey, pâtissier chocolatier, and his team make liters of ganache, nougats, fruit jellies, pralines and macaroons, as well as alcohol pearls for liqueur chocolates in boxes of all sizes. They make smooth, silky or tangy entremets and pastries, individually or for the whole family. Each year they offer a new range of logs.
