In this traditional butchery you find meat from the Sicaba network (the agricultural collective interest company of Bourbon-l'Archambault), which includes a collective of breeders approved for the slaughter of the two Red labels of the Land: the Charolais beef of the Bourbonnais and the Fermier farm lamb. The network is also engaged in the production of meat derived from organic agriculture. In the butchery of Moulins, you can find the organic meat of Bourbon-le'Archambault as well as beef and beef, but also veal and lamb. Also of Auvergne farmer pig, sausages and cold meats.
