LE LOTBO
Restaurant with flowered terrace in Saint-Jean-de-Niost offering a delicious cuisine with Creole influence.
While most of the restaurants between Bresse and Dombes give pride of place to local cuisine, Lòtbò has the good taste to open us to other culinary horizons. In this little village, a charming square. A flowered terrace naturally shaded by beautiful trees. In short, we could expect to find the regional classics on our plates: frogs, poultry, fish... Surprise! For Lòtbò means in Haitian that one is "abroad", "beyond". Lòtbò takes us far away to discover a delicious cuisine under Creole influence. Made by a passionate chef, the Lòtbò's cuisine has many surprises in store for you. A cuisine of spices and flavours from elsewhere, but also of local products. Don't miss the superb Déclinaison de foie gras, especially with foie gras-based samoussas or the incredible diversity of vegetables to accompany a dish. Perfect harmonies in every season and some of the most beautiful plate dressings. Real colorful paintings. Very nice wine list. Probably the most surprising address in the whole region. Reservation more than recommended.

De plus, l’accueil et le service sont parfait, que d’attentions et de discrète prévenance. Et le décor est actuel et de très bon goût.
