LA TETE DE LARD
Restaurant in Saint-Laurent-sur-Saône serving homemade food with good products.
Wonderfully situated on the banks of the Saône, La Tête de Lard claims to be a restaurant between Burgundian tradition and Lyon's bouchon. The decor is planted: simple and warm atmosphere, gingham tablecloths and pig's head in effigy. The cuisine is home-made with good products that make its success, such as the andouillette pulled with string with strawberry veal Bobosse, the pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, the calf's head with gribiche sauce and the small salted lentils. An address highly recommended for real moments of conviviality.

We tried this restaurant and we were disappointed. It has shame to obtain has light quality unlike the high price (the highest menu). We will never including again. We prefered some others restaurants discovered in Tournus: more interesting.
