LE REFUGE DE L’ERMITE
Nice house with terrace in Saint-Rambert-en-Bugey with renovated rooms with a living room area.
In a pretty house, the redone rooms benefit for some of them from a pleasant sitting area and a bathroom with shower or bathtub. As for the restaurant, the chef David Muller, who has made his mark in great houses such as Georges Blanc, treats us to his revisited bugist dishes, such as chestnut mousse with smoked breast and a farandole of sot-l'y-laisse in the juice with julienne of truffles. But also fresh frogs' legs - the great house speciality to be enjoyed in portions according to your appetite (will you succeed in the 720 g Challenge version?) -, Bresse cream chicken with morel mushrooms as well as the hermit's delight (melting chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and milk jam). In the summer, guinguettes evenings on the large terrace. Winter being rather devoted to ramekin evenings, the local cheese.
