Between Lyon and the Dombes ponds, this historic establishment, founded just 130 years ago, has been brilliantly run for over 30 years by the excellent chef Pierre Vincent, who has given it a gastronomic dimension with regional accents. On a magnificent, cosy terrace, guests can enjoy a cuisine inspired by seasonal local produce, such as Sainte-Croix vegetables. Know-how and creativity with a duck and pistachio pie, followed by a farmhouse poultry supreme with wild mushroom cream. Not to be missed.
