AU PETIT MOULIN
If you still don't know what the "Dombiste" kitchen is, Smart recommends you discover the village of Sainte-Euphémie and Petit Moulin. It is impossible to miss this beautiful house on the road of Ars, with a large parking lot right opposite the hotel. For two years now, it is Mr and Mrs Longefay who receive us in this charming setting. Friendly atmosphere, warm room, pleasant terrace protected from the road and shaded, nothing missing from our happiness and especially not the smile of hospitality or flavours of traditional Plats dishes. At Petit Moulin, we do not cheat with the quality of the products served, nor with traditional recipes. The chef puts his 20 years of know-how at the service of the gourmets who enjoy a true "dombiste kitchen": Salade salad to begin in summer, the famous fresh frogs at persillade, the fermier chicken chicken with morels and buds for specialities. Smart also recommends a delicious homemade foie gras, a smoked salmon also home before finishing with a chocolate or a beautiful ice cutting.
