Charolais beef rib speciality cooked over a wood fire. Local cuisine, a stone's throw from the town center in a green setting.

Located next to the Cournauron lake, in a wooded setting close to the centre, and accessible on foot. Contemporary room, spaced tables. It is a real haven of peace, where, as soon as the weather is fine, the pleasant shaded terrace is perfect for tasting Dominique's authentic local cuisine, made with products from the market and the region. Poultry and ducks from the Auvergne, Charolais beef rib cooked over a wood fire. Add to this a menu of buckwheat and wheat cakes, sweet and savoury. Groups of up to 50 people are welcome during the summer.

Toujours très satisfaite, pas de soucis en intérieur ou terrasse. Un bémol cependant pour notre dernière visite en Novembre pour l'anniversaire de mon mari. Pour l'apéritif, que nous avions tous pris nous étions 6, Covid oblige : coktails, kir Royal etc enfin des apéros "classe" on a eu droit à de vulgaires cacahuètes pour accompagner, servies dans un petit ravier où tout le monde plongeait ses mains . J 'ai trouvé cela très rudimentaire, inélégant même pas hygiénique en cette période. Cela nous a gêné vis à vis de nos invités, je n'aurais jamais fait cela à la maison...pas de petits toasts ou verrines sympa, là vraiment ...ce service est à revoir dès l'ouverture que nous espérons prochaine.
