FIRST CENTURY POOLS
These three outdoor swimming pools, located in the heart of Parc des Chaudes, were discovered in 1840. We assume they were reserved for legionnaires. In the past, equipped with terraces and covered with marble, they consisted of two rectangular basins, framing a third of circular shape. These pools are less sumptuous and spacious than the thermal baths in the north of the city. Continuing the walk in the park, you will find the fitness trail, the skate park and finally, hidden in this lush vegetation, you will discover the piers of an imposing viaduct.
