RESTAURANT VIN3

Vin3 – former Auberge de la Voûte – appears like the correct number to feast all the Futés. In the middle of the village of Sandrans, this attractive restaurant managed to take a new breath of life to meet all our festive and gourmet desires. At the helm, you happily find the adorable Caroline, in the dining room, and Jean-Christophe Rallo, in the kitchen and behind the new pizza oven. And when we talk about pizza, as for the traditional cuisine, Vin3 guarantees higher quality on the level of preparation (homemade base prepared with Italian flour, matured for 3 days, and hand-spread...) as well as the ingredients, like the mustard grain cream, mozzarella, andouillette and onions for the Lyonnaise. And you haven't taste this summer pizzas yet (only on the spot), like this pizza with truffle, this duck breast pizza or this carpaccio pizza... When you enter at Vin3, you can discover a zinc-covered bar and old boards where you can taste, seated on a large barrel like on a bar table, a charcuterie board while drinking a glass of good wine. Contemporary touches of grey and red paper covering the walls, touches that you can find in a spacious dining room which gained warmth and modernity without losing its character. What does not change is the beautiful shaded terrace with its ball game that children can play while parents enjoy a cuisine of local and foreign inspirations: Ballotine of poultries with asparagus and curry sauce or an Angus beef carpaccio, chips and salad to start. Then, a fish'n chips of the Dombes (based on carp), an organic salmon fillet with fresh spinach and crunchy vegetables, roasted pork rib (from the village slaughter-house), and confit garlic juice or the homemade burgers, like this Vin3 (organic bread, chopped Angus beef steak, pan-fried foie gras, truffle sauce). In the same spirit, the desserts are homemade: creme brulee, panna cotta or roasted pineapple and its Mojito sorbet. As far as the mojito and the festive atmosphere are concerned, Vin3 organises evening party once a month (Mojito, Corsica, petanque contest...). Vin3, "a new" 100% Smart address.
