The teams are changing, but this beautiful and large house, solidly established in the heart of the village of Thézillieu, remains an essential stopover for gourmets and lovers of unspoilt nature. The owners changed last year, with the arrival of Eric and Catherine Frigo, restaurateurs by trade perpetuating the tradition of a restaurant opened in the 19th century! Large terrace like a small earthly paradise and large warm room to enjoy a cuisine made from fresh seasonal and local products. A cuisine of beautiful tradition with fresh duck foie gras or a croustade of snails and mushrooms. To be followed by frogs' legs sautéed in parsley, a filet of saint-pierre with a creamy sauce made with pinot gris du Bugey or a simmered veal shank, Thézillieu honey and rhubarb compote. Dessert and wine list in the same spirit. Six simple and comfortable rooms to extend your stay and radiate throughout the South Jura.
