Anchored in the Dombes region, Brachon is the dialect name for the Bresse neighbors. Séverine, the chef who cut her teeth in her food truck, opened her restaurant with Grégory in 2023, continuing with the same commitment to seasonal, home-cooked cuisine using fresh, local produce. Dishes from here and elsewhere, some vegetarian, for a feminine, fragrant and creative cuisine. Games for the kids and a pétanque court for the grown-ups. A concert every month. Privatization possible. At Le Brachon, everything is good!
