LA FENEIRE
A few kilometres from Antraigues, in the Cevennes, we discovered a former th century hay barn perfectly restored by Barbara and Didier, two lovers of good local produce. From authenticity, Didier's cuisine mainly misses the famous chestnut meal, but it also likes to give new colours to traditional recipes. It eats from a leg of lamb's lamb to sureau's bays, a tome of chèvre and a beautiful peach cake. As you will have understood, these nature lovers only offer cooked dishes with the products they produce themselves (ducks, chickens, guinea fowl, lambs, sausages, herbs and cultivated plants or wild plants). A hostel like they love at the Smart and is warmly recommended.
