Alba's winegrowers formed a cooperative in 1941. Today, some thirty winegrowers from the commune and surrounding areas are involved. A rich territory alternating between the basaltic terraces of the Coiron and the limestone slopes of Mont Juliau, with 60% red grape varieties. A modern winery, a barrel cellar and a renovated boutique are all quality tools that enable Alba's winegrowers to process their grapes and market their wines.

Nous avons eu la chance de nous trouver dans cette jolie ville d'Alba au moment où il y avait portes ouvertes. Très bon accueil, avons pu déguster autant de vins que nous souhaitions. Jolie cave. Personnel disponible. Et bien sûr... de très bons vins pour un prix raisonnable.
