FAROMAGGIO
Located in the Ardèche mountains, in the locality of "Le Trouillet", the Faromaggio cheese dairy is a place that combines the Italian cheese-making tradition with the territorial riches of the Haut-Vivarais region. Passionate about natural products and innovation, the dairy offers quality products from its own sheep farm. Le Trouillet is also a place where artists can meet and express themselves, and where visitors can awaken all their senses. The cheese shepherdess, inspired by the presence of her shepherd dogs and a desire to respect nature, decided to raise ewes and make cheese. Products range from ricotta and yoghurt to feta, ice cream, mozzarella and other experimental cheeses.
