Just before the bridge over the Ardèche, Les Coloquintes is located on the quay. This old mill offers a building of character surrounded by a pleasant garden. We appreciate the trendy and friendly decoration. In the kitchen, the chef works with local products enhanced with exotic touches. Examples: trout tartar from Labatie, dashi broth and kohlrabi, supreme of farm chicken from Ardèche in a yakitori way and its vegetables or return of fishing on the grill, spring risotto and yuzu cream. And in winter, the chef also works with truffles.
